I have been training for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure. That got me to thinking about exercise for Baby Boomers. I think it was the creaking knees that did it. So, I went in search of recent studies on exercise for Baby Boomers.
Well, just my luck, a recent study released by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) suggests middle-aged women (with a normal diet) need one hour of exercise per day to prevent weight gain.
