Waiting for Health Care Reform Shoe to Drop

Shoe Drop

Are you like me and wishing that the whole health care reform thing was over? No matter what the outcome, at least we could move on. We would finally KNOW what we were facing. Well…maybe not, but hopefully we would know more than we do now.

With closed-door discussions, ongoing negotiations and reversals of “sure things,” there has been endless speculation. I am the kind of person that would rather know the bad news sooner than later. I hate the “not knowing.”  So, I decided to run a very unscientific poll. Cast your vote and let me know your opinion.

Thanks for participating!

  1. Hi Cathy! I have to admit that although this is such a critical subject for our country, I’m starting to get a little sick of all the media coverage about it. I guess since things are moving so slowly, the news is starting to seem repetitive. That said, I rather see us do this right in a reasonable amount of time rather than fast and sloppy. Cheers!

    Hi Shelley:

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I realized after posting this that it was the frustration of the whole thing that prompted me to raise the question. This was posted before the MA election that radically changed the whole political scene.

I think it’s my project management tendencies and probably control issues, too, :-) that was inclined to think, “Just do it” so we can deal with it. But, I find I do agree it’s too important to rush through. I just hope it doesn’t just die on the vine. Hope springs eternal.

Thanks again for your thoughts, Shelley.
